The industrial pallet racking is a structure made of steel profiles used for the storage of goods on pallets. Industrial shelving turns out to be the best solution for warehouses where it is necessary to store palletized products with a large variety of references, being flexible and fast in both the loading and unloading phases.

The size and position of the industrial racking depends on the characteristics of the trolleys or lifting equipment, and on the size of the warehouse. The technical office of SGA srl analyzes and studies the needs of customers by designing the best configuration of the warehouse with the use of industrial shelving.

SGA makes use of technicians with twenty years of experience in the assembly of industrial pallet racking, proposing certified structures at remarkably competitive costs throughout Italy and Europe.

Industrial pallet racking (EPAL) is made up of frames and beams and can be equipped with various accessories to improve safety and usability. Normally, industrial pallet racking has a depth of mm. 1000/1100 in order to better store pallets with a depth of 1200 mm.

Industrial pallet racking, being cold-profiled, has no height limitations and the distance between one shelf and another varies according to need. The shoulders of the shelving have in fact adjustable steps with a center distance of 5 cm.

The industrial shelving can be installed double-sided (two rows side by side) and are anchored together with spacers. The safety of industrial shelving is ensured by safety stops which prevent the beam from being released from the shoulder. Furthermore, a Capacity Table must always be affixed to industrial shelving where both the capacity of the shoulder and the capacity of the pair of beams are indicated.
